[Beijing, China] Two of the most powerful fitness companies in China, Saipu and Yanre Fitness, have recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement that will benefit both companies and, ultimately, the fitness consumer.
Saipu is China’s top fitness instructor training base and Yanre is the leading supplier of high quality affordable commercial fitness equipment in the country. The Strategic Cooperation Agreement strengthens their business cooperation in the following areas:
- Fitness equipment procurement
- Fitness equipment maintenance
- Equipment optimization
- New equipment design

The Strategic Cooperation Agreement lasts for a period of three years. It will serve as the basis for long-term cooperation between the two companies. The agreement sets out the following terms:
- Yanre will provide high-spec strength training equipment, and participate in the design and manufacture of specific equipment for Saipu in accord with their requirements. This will enhance the services that Saipu can offer to their students, the army and other special groups.
- Saipu will exclusively use Yanre’s 73 series strength fitness equipment into all of its bases. They will also utilize Yanre strength equipment for the Copa New Yanre Fitness Competition. Saipu will also provide Yanre with targeted suggestions to optimize equipment design.
- Saipu will leverage its social influence to bring business to Yanre from its client base.
Saipu CEO, Lin Huaishen, made the following comment on the strategic cooperation agreement :
