01. Can I visit your gym equipment manufacturing factory in China?
Yes, warmly welcome to visit our gym equipment & fitness accessories factory and try our commercial grade products on your own.
We are so proud of our design. Our designer has rich experience in ergonomics and mechanics, endowing our gym equipment with professional & comfortable movement angles and winning the acknowledgment of many advanced trainers. This is the biggest advantage between us and other brands.
Many of our customers were so surprised after visiting the factory. They never imagined that they can find such excellent fitness equipment in China, which is professional and of high quality, and no way inferior to top international brands such as Life Fitness and Technogym.
Our benefits can not be fully delivered through website, email or phone, so we hope that you can visit our factory and experience our professional gym equipment in person!
If you don’t have a chance to fly to China and visit our factories, you can also hire an agent to do the factory inspection.

02. Can I visit your local gym equipment distributor or partner before placing the order?
Yes, sure.
We have customers in many countries and regions, such as the United States, Britain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the Middle East, Australia, and even Japan which is famous by strict requirements on product quality and details.
Many gyms have used our gym equipment for over 8 years, and we are so happy to know that the equipment is still in good condition after such a long period of abusive use.

03. Can you show me your related certifications on gym equipment?
Yes, sure.
Let us know what kind of product certificates needed for your country, we will send the PDF file to you asap.
04. Can I ask for the sample before placing a formal order?
Yes, of course.
For strength equipment, cardio machine, fitness accessories (including dumbbells, barbells, yoga mats, kettlebells, medicine balls, wall balls, etc.), we will have different requirements on sample.
Please contact our professional specialist to place your first sample order! We will try our best to satisfy your needs.
05. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for my gym equipment order?
No MOQ requests for trial order. But for future order, we ask for MOQ: 1*20 feet.
06. Does my gym equipment come pre-assembled?
About 80% are pre-assembled. For the remain 20%, You need to assemble the main frame on your own.
And don’t worry about the assemble process. Our commercial gym equipment is reasonably designed which makes it easy to assemble.
What’s more, our products have been sold to more than 40 countries and regions, and so far, no customers have complained difficulties in assembly process.
07. Can I customize the gym equipment with my brand name or preferred color?
Yes, you can customize the products with your brand name.
About the color, we have many options, and you can choose from our color board.
08. How long does it take to ship gym equipment from China?
Normally speaking, it takes 30-45 days by sea.
09. What are your payment methods?
We support below 2 payment options:
1. 30% TT deposit in advance, 70% TT balance before shipping.
2. Irrevocable L/C at sight.
10. How can I follow my order?
Don’t worry, we will send you product pictures and package pictures to keep you updated.
11. Will the price be the same for future orders?
We are so sorry that material keeps rising and the inflation problem causes the instability of the costs.
So we are not sure what is the future price, but normally our offer has a six-month validity period.
12. Can you send me spare parts of gym equipment for replacement?
Yes, during warranty, we will send you spare parts for free by express. If out of warranty, we will send you spare parts at cost price.
We also have technician to reply your questions during use.
