They allow the user to train themselves to better accelerate and change direction while they are moving. These exercises improve the user’s balance, coordination, speed, and athletic performance. Agility ladder drills target the following muscles:

2. What are the different types of agility ladders?
There are three types of agility ladders:
- Simple flat agility ladder

Flat Agility Ladder
These are the basic and most popular versions of the agility ladder. They have a simple ladder-style with flat rungs.
