- Hold the fitness bag’s handles at the middle and assume a standing position with your feet shoulder-length apart.
- Pull the bag up towards your right-hand side and rest it on the top of your shoulders. At this point, your elbows should be up and pointing forward.
- Drop the bag back to the starting position in a controlled reverse movement.
- Repeat the movements to your desired reps
- Do the same exercise, but now moving the bag towards your left-hand side and do the same number of reps.
